The ABA Auto Repair team is the best in the business. My 2017 Ford Escape was towed to ABA with a series of serious undiagnosed problems. The team methodically identified the issues and went to work on the series of repairs needed. All along Brian and Adam gave me daily updates on progress. ABA mechanic Jose did incredible work methodically bringing my Escape to top notch condition … it drives like a new car! The cost of the extensive repairs to my Ford Escape were reasonable. It’s a great feeling to work with a company I truly trust.

Thanks ABA. You guys know what you're doing. Made a big mistake in trusting my oil change guys at addressing a check engine light regarding a knock sensor replacement on my Yukon. You guys found that they botched the job pinching the harness during reassembly. Now I have my fishing rig back for another season because of you guys!!!

ABA is professional, quick and affordable. I always appreciate the service, especially considering they only see me once or twice a year. The only feedback I'd have is to follow up with customers if they don't respond over text to your messages. I was travelling and missed the text while in the air, when I could easily return a call after a flight. Thanks again!

I would not recommend ABA Auto Repair based on my recent experience. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for major engine work (camshaft and lifter repair). Prior to the repair, I had no issues with my thermostat or cooling system. Within just a few days of picking up my vehicle — after minimal driving — a warning light appeared. The shop advised that the thermostat needed to be replaced, but the warranty company denied the claim, stating the thermostat was still functioning and not failing. This raised concerns for me, as the issue appeared immediately after a repair that required the cooling system to be opened. When I returned to discuss this, I did not feel heard or respected. As a woman, the interaction felt dismissive and at times patronizing. After I raised concerns about the lack of clear communication and what appeared to be significant part markups, the situation escalated. The staff member, Hanna, became abrasive and unprofessional and had to be told to calm down. The owner later stated that the work had been completed “to the best of their ability,” but I was still left with concerns, additional stress, and a repair experience that did not feel fully resolved.
